For spectreRF, make sure you have the latest MMSIM711 installed, and a very recent IC5141 or IC613 ISR and then go to:

<MMSIMinstDir>/tools/spectre/examples/SpectreRF_workshop/rfworkshop.tar.gz

This contains a document on simulating PAs, and covers the updated ACPR wizard - which has recently had an overhaul, as well as a number of improvements in the simulator.

Regards,

Andrew.

Hi Andrew
thanks for your advice. But in the example, it only provide the data of the IS-95.  there is no information about the WLAN signal source. so, how did you get the data of the WLAN signal? could you tell me please?
thanks again!
best regards!

Often people generate OFDM baseband data using Matlab and then use this as PWL sources in spectre. There are also OFDM sources in the RFKIT if you have access to this.

There's also in the MMSIM71 installation an "OFDM tutorial" which uses the co-simulation between spectre and Matlab Simulink to generate OFDM data. This is at <MMSIMinstDir>/tools/spectre/examples/SpectreRF_workshop in OFDM_tutorial.pdf and OFDM.tar.Z

Regards,

Andrew.

Andrew.

these days, I try to use rfkit, but the installation is not correct. So I plan to get the data in MATLAB. so could you tell me how to do it in MATLAB?  Thanks!
Best Regards!
