operating point incremental capacitanc for Spectre
May 4th, 2005, 12:20am

Hi,

For the BSIM3v3 models, what names does Spectre use to display the incremental terminal capacitances of the MOS transistors? I need to know how it names Cgs, Cgd, Cdb, Csb. Does it also have a specific name for the total capacitance connected to the gate terminal and to the drain terminal?
Thank you in advance.

I've been thinking the same thing. I hope to have something in the next few months.
