1/f noise in Cadence.
Oct 08th, 2015, 5:43am

I am trying to simulate an integrator in Cadence, and look at the thermal noise of the opamp. However one of the problems is that CAdence usually takes 1/f noise into account as well while looking at the output noise.
Is there anyway to make Cadence ignore 1/f noise and just look at the thermal noise generated by the opamp?

If you have access to the model files, you could try to turn off the flicker noise in the model cards (kf=0 in some models).
