Cgs of MOS in Spectre

i want to know the "authentic setup" of measuring the Cgs of MOS device at some particular bias point in Spectre..

Run AC analysis with AC_Vgs=1 and swept DC_Vgs.
Here Cgs is evaluated by imag(AC_Ig)/(2*acos(-1)*xval(AC_Ig).
