Why Should You Post Your Job Listings on The Designer's Guide Community?
The Designer's Guide Community is the only website dedicated to analog, RF, and mixed-signal design professionals that is able to draw them in with any frequency and in any substantial number. This community draws over 700 unique visitors a day, almost all of which are analog design professionals. Anyone that has ever tried to recruit an analog, RF, or mixed-signal engineer knows that it is exceedingly difficult and time consuming. The Designer's Guide Community is a professional/educational website and many of the visitors spend their time on the forum, which currently has almost 5000 members, asking and answering technical questions. These designers have made almos 16,000 posts, and currently average over 15 posts per day. The job listings are all summarized on one page, separated by region, with a detailed description of each job given on a separate page. So any engineer that is looking for a job can quickly scan the listings. In addition, the title line for each job listing is regularly and prominently displayed at the top of each page in the forum. These are the most visited pages in the site. Even those engineers that are not actively looking for a job will be exposed to the listings and may have their interest piqued. This gives you the opportunity to entice designers that might only be "loose-in-the-socket." Our experience has been that this is the best time to get them. Once an analog/mixed-signal/RF engineer has made up their mind to get a new job, engineers focus on that through their contacts and can usually get jobs quickly. Enticing people who have not yet made up their minds will put you first in the queue for people they will contact.
