Help for Power supply Design
Oct 23rd, 2018, 5:30am

I want to create a power supply, which is going to use for my bot. I am new for this, I have created requirement listed below

This Power Supply should have Following Features:

1. Input Voltage 24V DC.

1A. Output ripple less than 50 mV,
1B. No-load current: 10mA - 20mA (input 24V)

1C. · Voltage regulation:  ± 1%
1D. · Load regulation:     ± 1%

1E. temperature drift less than 1%

Specification: (Power supply with Adjustable Voltage Regulator (multi turn potentiometer) - high accuracy voltage and current regulation)

Battery (24v (105A-20hr & 85A-8hrs))

2. Conversion efficiency: 92 - 95%

2A. Working Temperature: industrial (- 40° c to + 85°c)

3. Digital display for voltage and current Ex: On board voltmeter: It can display the input voltage and output voltage with single push button, The IN LED light shows the input voltages, while the OUT LED light shows the output voltages (same for current monitoring).

4. Inputs & output with fuse

5. Module size: compact size

Connected Components:

1.  Motor Driver - 2
2.  Processor - 3
3.  Relay - 12
4.  Ultrasonic Sensor - 15
5.  IR Sensor - 4
6.  Encoder - 4
7.  IMU Sensor - 2
8.  DAC - 2
9.  Current Sensor - 2
10. Voltage Sensor - 2
11. ADC - 2
12. MCP - 4
13. Push button - 200
14. Buzzer - 9

Battery to Control Circuit

1. Input voltage: DC 0v~24V (24v (105A-20hr & 85A-8hrs))

Direct Connection: ( Required New power supply )

24V - 5V 4A (MAX) USB Converter -> Processor 1
24V - 5V 4A (MAX) USB Converter -> Processor 2
24V - 5V 4A (MAX) USB Converter -> Processor 3

24V - 24V 20A (MAX) 2 Motor Driver -> 2 PMDC Motor

24V - 12V,5V,3.3V (Power supply directly connected with battery)

Terminal 1:

1A. Output voltage 1: DC 0-24V (Adjustable) (Constant Voltage And Constant Current) Output current 1: 25A (MAX)

1. Siren Light - 2

2. Rotary Encoder - 3

3. Converter (24V to 0V) - 3

Terminal 2:

1B. Output voltage 2: DC 5V (Constant Voltage And Constant Current) Output current 2: 15A (MAX)

1. Ultrasonic Sensor - 15

2. IR Sensor - 4

3. Voltage Sensor - 2

4. Current Sensor - 2

Terminal 3:

1C. Output voltage 3: DC 5V (Constant Voltage And Constant Current) Output current 3: 20A (MAX)

1. Relay - 12

2. DAC - 2

3. ADC - 2

4. Logic Level Converter - 2

5. MCP - 4

Terminal 4:

1D. Output voltage 4: DC 3.3V (Constant Voltage And Constant Current) Output current 4: 10A (MAX)

1. Logic Level Converter - 2

2. IMU Sensor - 2

Terminal 5:

1E. Output voltage 5: DC 3.3V (adjustable upto 5V) (Constant Voltage And Constant Current) Output current 4: 10A (MAX)

1. buzzer - 9

3. Push button - 200

Note: This power supply module should have reverse polarity (short Circuit) Protection and isolated.

Guys, help me to create a power supply or any solution for my project.
