Simulation of supply spur using sampled PXF for clock buffers

I want to simulate the spur due to supply in a clock buffer circuit. Sampled PXF analysis seems to be the analysis which is used to simulate the PSRR of driven circuits. The sampled PXF gives transfer function which has units of V/V. How should one interpret this results? How to estimate the spur in dBc using PXF analysis?
