.op and .print dc results are different
Jul 03rd, 2017, 6:16am

I'm using HSPICE.
And I want to extract
1) Subthreshold leakage
2) Source to body leakage
3) Drain to body leakage
4) Gate to body leakage
5) Gate to source leakage
6) Gate to drain leakage

If I use .op, I can extract 1)2)3).
For extracting 4)5)6), I'm using .print dc operation.

My questions are as follows.
1. Are there any other approaches to extract 4)5)6)?
2. When I compare the 1)2)3) results from .op and .print dc, they are different. What are the reasons?

When I use .print dc, I use lx4, lx5, lx6, lx66, lx67, lx68 for 1)-6) respectively

Thank you.
