Hi to ALL

I'm new at this Forum.
I am not an analog guy and I would appreciate some help with a real word ADC.
I would like to know how to interpret the attached table of ADC Ideal counts  versus ADC  real counts.
Specially  regarding the  measurements #1 to #4  .
How to deal with measurement in that range?
I will appreciate some help on that
