I am reading the following book: Tradeoffs and Optimization in Analog CMOS design by Binkley.

I would like to know if is there someone in this forum who is familiar with this book and that has read it. I want to know if all the theory that he presents in this book is valid for the BSIM models. All the equation, presented in a very summarised way can be used for the BSIM model? For example, determining the technology current.
