I am following the Virtuoso AMS Environment User Guide's Quick Start Tutorial to use the AMS simulator for simulating a AMS design.

During the section "Preparing to Run AMS Design Prep" and after the following step:
Choose AMS – Run Directory.

When I choose the directory and click OK, I get the following error messages:

Could not create and/or compile the cds_globals cell view.

wk_cumair.SDM:config could not be updated with ams_direct.dat data.

I am using Cadence Virtuoso Front to Back Design Environment 5.10.

Please help me, I really need to simulate this design with AMS simulator.

Yes, I think this was the problem. Anyways it's solved now.
