RF CMOS Tech File Models Question

Hi guys.

Being myself a student from Europe, we have access to foundry's models through Europractice programme. However, in the latest PDKs to which I have direct access, only standard RF models are available, i.e. Virtual Inductor Libraries and RF Modelled NMOS.

Unfortunately, this gives little space of manoeuvre to RF designers. So, I wonder how can I gain access to the complete tech. file models descriptions so I can use then in ADS to simulate fancier structures (e.g. baluns).

Is Europractice providing then directly, or I need to get into direct contact with a given Foundry?

But are there some manuals, such as electronic characterization or design rule Manuel? Sometimes the electrical parameters are provided in those manuals. Given it is a RF process, even magnetic parameters. Then you can create your own stack file. CHEN
