I need to calculate/measure the Deterministic Jitter of a block containing dividers (/2/3/4/8/16/32).
My Questions are
1. What determines the supply noise frequency and amplitude for simulating Deterministic Jitter for the block?
2. What and how to decide the simulation time (no of simulation cycles for a given input frequency) required to measure the Deterministic Jitter ?
