Plotting I-V curve in spice or verilog

Hai,

I need to plot Id curve Vs Vg1 for various Vg2 values using verilog coding (or spice code).
Pls suggest me.

Verilog is a hardware description language, it's not a waveform viewer/plotter.

In Spice, one can set up simulations (and I think there's a way to define nested sweeps, but I forget the syntax in Spice 3f5, and it's a different syntax depending on exactly which Spice-like simulator you're using).  Do you have .alter in your simulator?
