Hi , I need a relaxation oscillator circuit for 20 Meg frequency in CMOS process. Supply VCC = 5 volts. A good linearity is desired also.
Has anyone designed the circuit shown in the paper ' A temperature compensated relaxation oscillator for SOC implementation' ??
