+mts in ams
May 22nd, 2015, 9:47am

Hi Guys,

How can I netlist with a spice model in AMS?

The way I am doing this in spectre only is by adding this model to pspice model list and adding +mts in environment option. All this can be done via the ADE-L gui.

Now how do I do the same in AMS? I cannot find a place to add this +mts option, and when I try to netlist it is asking me to add this option. But where?

Thanks
Rajdeep

Hi Rajdeep,

I just saw this post now. I am not sure if you have got this answer.
There is a command called "runams" through which you can generate netlist from schematic.

runams -lib <library_name> -cell <cell_name> -view config -netlist -rundir top_run

This will create a netlist file called "netlist.vams" inside top_run directory.

Hope this helps.

Thank you.

Kind regards.
