Is there a way to plot the frequency of oscillator versus tuning voltage
May 17th, 2015, 10:33pm

Dear all,

I\m currently doing a LC cross-coupled VCO, I'm just wondering if I can plot using tuning voltage as X axis, and oscillating frequency as Y axis, since I using PSS to see the oscillation frequency, and the sweep option within PSS doesn't really get me what I wanted.

my best,

You can use parametric tran simulation with variable for your tune voltage. To obtain output frequency use freq function of cadence calc.
