Silvaco used to have MOS level=1 available on their web site; I haven't looked recently.  The PSP model is available, but it's not a "simple" model.

What do you want to do with this model?  I recall the EKV developers released a Verilog-A version of the dc part of their model (no charge/capacitance), which could be useful for instruction, but not for actual simulation.

Geoffrey,

I need a simple nmos model to create a current mirror source for pulling a load current of around 200mA  and connect it to the Output of an LDO.

Regards, Amruta
