Hi,

when i try to simulate a real transistor model (PHC2300N) in Cadence/Spectre i get the following error:
" WARNING: .LIB section `typ`not terminated in this file.
ERROR: illegal node name: [V"

I dont understand what the problem is.
I just added the NXP model:

Regarding ERROR: illegal node name: [V
I would try commenting out these two elements:

G11    3 2 VALUE { V(13, 0)*I(V11) }

E12    13   0  TABLE {V(12)}

and see if one of them is the culprit.
