MONTE CARLO ANALYSIS IN CADENCE
Aug 27th, 2014, 4:31am

hii..
is it possible to do monte carlo analysis in cadence for UMC 180nm technology....as i heard there r some model files missing...

NOw i tried t o do the monte carlo analysis in 90nm.. i am facing an error..

1. Monte carlo run  stopped  because no statistical data generated for the test

2. Attempt to run Monte Carlo analysis with mismatch variations, but no mismatch variations were specified in the statistics block.

You need to take up this issue with the foundry that provided the models.  They have access to all the wafers they need, and generally this information is proprietary (how well they control the variation is competitive information).
