Hi All
i need to EM Simulation software for analyze inductor for OSC in CMOS-90nm technology.
really i need to free download.
i downloaded the sonnet software but this software has been cmos-180nm Tech.!!
can anyone help me and give me a address for download EM simulation?l

Hi,


as far as the characteristics of the inductor are concerned, the important part is knowing the conductor thickness and material and how high above the substrate it is. I don't think the other details will have too much effect.

Hi,

I think you can find these characteristic inside PDK documents, it usually shows how high the substrate, the metal thickness, resistance sheet,...
