I want to analyze the effect of VCO open loop noise getting aliased due to down-sampling by feedback divider. Until now I have been using a s-domain based PLL closed loop model using ideal components. I feed the VCO open loop noise into this model at the appropriate point to get the closed loop noise output. But this doesn't capture the effect of aliasing. So can I use a PSS+PAC analysis in SpectreRF to capture this effect ?
