Bidirectional pin and discipline?
Feb 09th, 2014, 5:27am

Hi Folks, i'm having some trouble with a bidirectional pin on my top level design. I have lots of bidirectional pins which are ok because they are logic. (I2C etc).

However one pin in particular is a digital output in mission mode, but can be configured as an analogue input in test mode.

I'm not sure how to set up the drive capability for this.

I'm guessing i would need to declare the pin as analogue and perform all my driving/sensing in the analogue domain. Is there a "usual" way of doing this? I'd hate to go re inventing the wheel but searches aren't giving me much.

Thanks for any info.
