I have ADS 2009 installed.In ADS amplifier design guide many types of simulations are given. These simulations are for BJT and FET. In the example circuits, by replacing the desired transistor(BJT or FET) model by the one given in the example, simulations for the desired transistor can be taken. My question is that if I have a LDMOS transistor for my amplifier design how can I simulate that? What changings I have to done in the example circuits?
