Single Electron Transistor Simulation
Aug 25th, 2012, 12:33am

Hello! I am working on single electron transistor model using cadence spectre simulator, but I am not getting the resposen as expected. Please tell me whether cadence support single electron device simulations or not.

Thank You.

This should have gone in one of the modeling sections, though perhaps it's not really a "semiconductor device" and "behavioral modeling" usually means something at a higher level.

I reviewed a SET paper once and the model was poorly written; I suspect your model does something that doesn't quite work in modified nodal analysis or isn't scaled properly to have quantities with reasonable values.
