Neetirajgor, Simulators are Spectre or - for large designs - APS and UltraSim Fast SPICE. They all support analog modeling using Verilog-A. If you need digital as well, you should go for Verilog-AMS (or perhaps VHDL-AMS) using the simulators ywguo mentioned. If you are interested in Methodology/Design Flow, e.g. use of digital design methodology for analog blocks, you should check the digital tools. There used to be attempts to extend them to mixed-signal designs - don't know about their status though. - B O E
