Hi Guys, i am looking for RF Microwave Product Design Engineers to join this exciting world leading IC design and manufacturing company and expand your career in new product design & manufacture.      

Job Purpose:      
•      Responsible for the release of new and innovative IC based products
•      Lead and participate in technical design reviews to help improve the manufacturability and testability of products under development
•      Improve the yields and profitability of existing products
•      Semiconductor based product design, development, RF testing or characterization

Main Duties and Responsibilities:      
•      Interface with design groups on New Product Introduction and design for manufacturability
•      Monitor and investigate the yield issues including the foundry and package houses
•      Continuously improve manufacturing test processes
•      Manage and design new class of package necessary

Key Competencies Required:      
•      Good exposure and knowledge to RF and microwave components
•      Technical competency and analytical skills
•      Good planning and organisational skills
•      Good interpersonal and communications skills
•      Knowledge of SAP is desirable but not essential

Minimum Qualifications:      
•      Advanced degree in a science or engineering discipline
•      Five or more years of relevant work experience (e.g. Semiconductor based product design, development, RF testing or characterization)
•      Demonstrated ability to work on cross functional teams
•      Familiar with RF testing and troubleshooting
•      Willingness to occasionally travel to the US headquarters for training meetings
