Measure total determinisitic jitter in Calculator
Dec 24th, 2010, 5:25am

Hi Guy,

Is there any function in calculator that can be used to measure total deterministic jitter? To measure the total jitter, including DCD and ISI, a random serial data is applied in the test bench. The period_jitter function is define as Returns a waveform representing the deviation from the average period. It is fine to measure the jitter of a clock, but not for a random serial data. Any comments are appreciated.
