Your question is no more than very specific EDA vendor's Tool Play not Measurement Issues.

I don't know "IIM3". What is "IIM3" ?

First of all, do you understand definitions of HD3 ,THD, IIP3, IM3 correctly ?
How degree are you familiar with Cadence Spectre and ADE ?
How do you evaluate the above characteristics ? DFT using Transient Analysis or PSS(QPSS) ?
Can you write Ocean Script ?

If you understand definitions of HD3 ,THD, IIP3, IM3 correctly, you can evaluate them whatever analysis you use such as Transient, PSS(QPSS).
