save monte carlo mismatch params to file
Feb 22nd, 2008, 12:09am

Hello,
i was wondering how i can save the mismatch parameters from a monte carlo simulation to a file. I read the solution number 11418896 "how to get param files for monte carlo mismatch variations" which essentially tells me to include the following into the netlist:

savemismatchparams=yes mismatchparamfile="..."  mismatchscalarfile=""

However, when running spectre tells me that savemismatchparams is not a valid parameter for and instance of montecarlo.

Any help is appreciated.
Thanks.

BTW, I am using icfb version 5.1.0 11/07/06 and spectre 6.1.0 10/10/06

Well, the solution mentions MMSIM 6.2ISR, so I guess that you need a very recent version of Spectre.

You are right, only saw 5.1.xx/6.xx  and thought I was all right. Anyways, is there another way to save the mismatch params?

After talking to my IT people I was told that we do have MMSIM 6.2. With this version it works like a charm.
