Design Center Manager/Director  

This position reports into the VP of Design Engineering of Power Management and oversees a technical group of 15 people.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical guidance and leadership to a team of experienced analog circuit and layout designers in the field of power management ICs.  The applicant will plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the activities and operations of the engineering team.  
He/she will be expected to hire, mentor and direct the efforts of the engineering team to optimize productivity and creativity while also contributing to the design process.  
Ensure compliance with company policies, standards and procedures for the technical work performed in the design center.

Required Skills:  
BSEE. MSEE or equivalent experience preferred.

The ideal candidate should have a demonstrated proficiency in design of high volume, high accuracy, low cost BiCMOS and CMOS analog or digital Power Management ICs. Experience with in-house and external foundries beneficial.  

Possess a minimum of 10 years of technical management experience leading analog design team(s) including responsibilities for site administration and project management.
