Title:      Fab Director

Responsibility：
Provide a stable processes to production department.
Maintain uptime and reliability of production equipment.
Ensure continues improvement of process and equipment performance.
Plan and allocate engineering resources.
Manage engineers in the dept.
Ensure safety to employees, equipment and processes in the Dept.

Requirement：Bachelor degree, or above, in EE, semiconductor physics, microelectronics etc.
Profound know-how in semiconductor integrated circuit research and development: including basic knowledge in semiconductor materials, solid background in semiconductor physics, device physics and CMOS process, familiar with electrical characterization & analysis, with global expertise of IC designing & analysis.
Above 10 years working experiences in semiconductor CMOS technology, more than 5 years experience as project manager.
Familiar with quality control and management, including techniques like SPC, FMEA, etc.
Familiar with S/W and computer operation systems commonly used in semiconductor production and development, like ERIC, SiView, Datapower, etc, also aware of the basis of major TCAD such as SPICE, SUPREM etc.
Proficient in both Mandarin and English; Chinese with overseas working experience are preferable
