Requirement on transformer in ADC test

Hi,

As well known, it is important to feed a high-purity sine wave to ADC when testing high-speed ADCs. Normally we use convert single-end sine wave to differential sine wave using transformer. Who can tell me how to determine the bandwidth of that transformer?
