I have an urgent need for a Sr. RF test engineer whom will report to me directly.  The position is located in Tempe, Arizona.  The candidate should have RF background, experienced in RF measurement instruments and automated test equipment (ATE).  We build LDMOS and GaAs based RF power amplifiers ranging from 100mw to over 100W.  Our division is the No. 1 RFPA semiconductor supplier to the global cellular infrastructure market.  Ideal candidate will possess ATE programming and automated handler experience. The engineer should be familiar with RF test technologies - Power out, Gain, Eff, S parameters and distortion measurements (Imod, ACPR, Phase linearity, Gain flatness, EVM, etc).  Mechanical expertise in test fixture and handler interface is a plus.
