Hi,

Is there some kind of function in virtuoso layout where you can draw a polygon (where nothing else is inside) and get it filled with dummy metal?

Can be basic without too much tech file data.

like:

draw shape, set density, get filled, run DRC, manually remove some errors.
Can be usefull in analog circuits where you do manual fill.

If not provided by the cadence, may be you can write a SKILL code.
